Installed this around 9 months ago, figured I’d take a pic and write a quick review.First, it’s reasonably solid. Think of this as a telco 2-post rack for short depth equipment with front and rear mounting and you will do fine. The unit is not flimsy at all and the hinges are awesome at a reasonable load level. I love swinging it open to get access to my switching from the rear.I have run into some limitations due to the depth with some standard rack accessories like shelving for the larger server in my picture — made for a four post rack but was just a little too long. A little time with a reciprocating saw and that was resolved to make it fit. As mentioned, if you think of it as a 2-post rack with front and rear, no issue. If you think of it as a 4-post you may run into depth issues with 4-post rack gear. It’s not a knock against this as a solution though. I’ve been in the server and networking business for 20 years, I had certain expectations when I made the purchase.For what this is, I’m very happy with my purchase.
