My autistic Down Syndrome daughter has been riding the Triton for 2 years now and usually does around 1.5 miles a day during the Spring and Summer. I finally had to do maintenance on it since the 2 back tires wore all the way through and actually popped holes in the inner tube (my fault for letting this happen). Anyway, I replaced the back tires at a local tire store and actually got 1.75″ thinner width tires since the original thicker ones did not fit her excessive riding pattern. (A thinner tire helps bikes ride better than thicker ones.) These tires have been on for over a month and I have yet to see any wear. Anyway, I read an FAQ about an adjustable bar that allows the back tires to wear out according to the rider’s usage habits so I noticed my Triton didn’t have this (it was a non-adjustable bar). So I called Mobo Customer Service and they new exactly what I was talking about and got it shipped right away. This was great because I am used to carrying the burden whenever I have to use anybody’s customer service, since no one seems to know what I am talking about. It was great they Mobo’s service was knowledgable and able to meet my needs effortlessly. Thanks Mobo!
